A new club is forming for children interested in animals or gardens. We will meet on the first three Tuesday afternoons of each month from 3:45-4:45. These meetings will start off projects to do with participating in the 4-H Fair in August. The club is for 10-13 year olds and 14-17 year olds. Eventually, the older group will become mentors for the younger kids.
There is no fee for this program; it is sponsored by the 4-H Organiztion and Hungerford as a joint effort.
Pre-regisitration through 4-H is required. The 4-H Youth Development Program is part of the University of Connecticut Cooperative Extention. Please call for an application and/or website information. Program will begin in March.
