1. Parties are available Fridays 3:30-4:45 P.M., Saturdays 10:30-Noon, 1:00-2:30, or 3:00-4:30 P.M. Price is $100 for members; $125 for non-members; maximum 20 guests (Must be ages 3 & up).

2. Reservations for parties should be made at least 30 days in advance if possible, but may be taken up to one week in advance if scheduling allows. Call (860)827-9064 to make a party reservation.

3. We provide the room (our nature lab), tables, chairs, generic plates, cups, napkins, utensils, and juice. You may bring your own party theme paper goods. We do not provide the cake. You may purchase the party favors in our gift shop prior to the party date, or we can choose appropriate favors for an additional cost starting at $1 and up plus tax per child.

4. You may choose either a 45 minute animal program or a 45 minute trail walk with our instructor for the first half of your party. You'll be responsible for the remaining half for refreshments and gift opening. Due to time constraints, please limit refreshments to cake and/or ice cream. Your party reservation includes the use of our nature lab only for the time specified.

5. Please plan your arrival to set up no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of the party as the nature lab will not be available before then. The nature lab will be set up for your party upon your arrival. You are responsible for clean up of disposables. The room will be broken down by Hungerford staff. Please note: Our building closes promptly at 5:00 PM

Downtown - Birthday Party General Information

3. We provide the room (our Dinosaur), tables, chairs, generic plates, cups, napkins, utensils. The rest of the museum will be open to the general public during your party. You will have exclusive use of the Dinosaur room and the slide. You may bring your own party theme paper goods. We do not provide the cake. You may purchase the party favors in our gift shop prior to the party date, or we can choose appropriate favors for an additional cost starting at $1 and up plus tax per child. Please let us know your preference.
